Here is the step-by-step guide to help you edit your images or videos.

How To Use CapCut Editor To Edit, Step-By-Step

Step 1: Install CapCut on your computer and run it. To commence the project, click the “Allow” option and now the “+” sign.

Step 2: Choose the media that you wish to use for the final video (video and/or pictures) then hit on the “Add” option.

Step 3: To trim the video’s starting part, click the white boundary at the start and move this to the side until you reach the required point. Slide the white border out from the end of the clip towards the left to chop it off.

Step 4: Put the pointer just at the moment you need the words to display there in the clip and hit the “Text” option. Now select “add text”.

Step 5: Inside the selected area, type the required phrase. You may twist and resize the text box by dragging it. Change the background, color, fill, font, and many others.

Step 6: Click the tick symbol once you are done. It will save the content and switch to the editor’s home menu when you’ve found the best output.

Step 7: To use an effect, click that and then hit the checkmark. Now slide the effect’s boundaries to line up with both the video’s start and end points; delete the effect to revert towards the main screen.

Step 8: Select “Filters” from the drop-down menu, and then scroll via the possible choices. One could create a transition effect among two films by adding the required effect and choosing the time-lapse in between.

Step 9: You can also apply any other effect from the menu. Add emojis or stickers to your videos to finish off the editing. Save it using the button on the top.

Step 10: Once you have saved the finished video, you will find it in your library. You can now share it with the world.
